HOW DO YOU EDIT MULTIPLE VELOCITIES IN MIDI?

I have used all of the previous Sonars, but I am at a loss with the latest Sonar.  I want to change the velocity of 50 notes in midi.  In the past, I would select the notes, then go to process-midi data - velocity - and do it.  I could chage them all to one velocity, or  change them positively or negatively.

I can't find that command now.,  Can anyone help?

You can select the note or notes that you wanna change , By lassoing or clicking the whole track, Then in the control bar at the top , right click and look for the Event inspector , In that box you will see a place to put a numerical value for velocity.. I myself keep the event inspector shown in my Control bar at all times..

You can lasso the midi notes you want to change and then use the Smart Tool to edit the velocities all at once.

Move the Smart Tool over the top-middle part of a note until you get the little symbol that looks like a pencil and an EQ graph. Then just click and drag up or down.

One of the coolest things about Sonar is how you can reach the same goal in multiple ways. Really makes for creative workflow.

Right, exactly the same way it worked in 8.5 and earlier - This isn't new.  Glad you're finding that function now though, Dumbarranger56 - It's slick.

And you also still have the same menu function under Process - Scale Velocity from the main menu where you can select Percentage, fixed or increaseing/decreasing by time line.
