Musician's Friend is not a Musician's Friend

Well, looking at it one way.... aren't they in business to make money and friendship is not the main goal there?

If you have a flat on the way to a gig, will they come and help you change it...? A real friend would.

But would your friend give you a free copy of Presonus Studio One?

TRue Herb, A friend purchased a Tascam mixer as new that had been reboxed, AND all the accessories were missing. No luck from MF.  He luckily contacted Tascam and they sent him the missing accessories .
