Mackie Control Universal Function (F) Buttons and SONAR X1

I recently upgraded to SONAR X1 and installed the X1a patch and I've noticed that quite a few of the previous function (F) buttons from previous versions are missing, i.e. bounce to track, insert marker process>audio> gain, etc..  Does anyone have a clue as to how to get them back in SONAR X1a?

Unfortunately X1 removed a lot of the functions available to the MC. We are hoping that they will be back in an update or patch.

There is no reason for this to have happened but it did.

I'm hoping they put it back as well because although the basic functions on my Alesis MasterControl work, some of the Sonar specific ones have changed.

It seems to be due to the menu changes. You'll find several of the more obscure 'hard wired' functions have changed/gone as well.

Hopefully it'll be sorted in the next patch.

I totally agree with you guys. I really don't understand why so many options were removed. I feel like I don't have as much control as I use too. I guess for now I'll just have to adjust my "workflow". Oops I'm sorry, I used that bad word .
