Getting Track Icons to Display as icon / pics

Hello - when I call up and open  a track icon folder (drums lets say), it shows the file list of generic icons at that point and the title. How do I get them to display as pics at that point???

    If you're using Windows click through the display ('change your view' in W7) options in top right of the explorer window until you get to small icons, for example.
