color themes

Sorry, this is not exactly the right forum, but seems as tho the resource gurus are all here...

I've changed the look of my Producer 8.0 considerably by editing the TTRes17 , but I'm wondering about two things:

1. - Is it possible to add a gradient to the clips (not the clips PANE, but the actual clips), or give them a nice rounded look like the console strips have?  Is there a graphic in TTRes17 that can be altered for this?

and

2. - Is this possible in the track strips, or can a bitmap or png file be used as in X1?

Thanks!

I'm trying for a look like the old Logic Audio Platinum track strips, flat but with rounded horizontal edges.

I like a slightly 3D look....
