Dropzone and Sonar X1 do not "play nice" together
It would appear that some aspects of sample editing - particularly looping of imported samples - in Dropzone do not work if Dropzone is used within Sonar X1(a). This is because the functions in Dropzone use keystrokes that are hardwired to other functions in Sonar.
I have found that pressing the "L" key to enable loop editing in Dropzone actually toggles looping within Sonar's control bar, and there seems to be no way of turning this off.
To edit sample loop points in a brand new Dropzone program that has unlooped samples imported has to be performed in another VST host - however, playing samples and programs in Dropzone works beautifully.
Now to my question:
Does anyone know if some of these keybindings can be disabled, and if so how? I've looked in the keybinding section of preferences dialog, but cannot see where or how I turn off the keybinding for particular keys.
Cheers,
Gary.
