OLD SONG HORSE - WITH SCOTTY
Here's an old song called Horse I did where Scotty added lead guitar to it .

Hey nightrider,
The song made me feel like I was flying on Pegasus or something. I really enjoyed that.
Cool , I did that song about my second year using CakeWalk Sonar Home Studio 7 XL .
It was a fun song at the time but at that time I really didn't have much expericence mixing
music, I think Scotty mixed it after he finished adding his lead guitar to it . I started redoing that version three weeks ago , its going to have alittle bit of the same flavor but with some different things going on in the song to make it more interesting . Thanks ! NightriderXL

I don't remember the original version sounding like this, James. But it's been a while. Scotty, It's bad enough you play a killer fiddle. This guitar business is entirely unacceptable.  I think I'm just going to unstring my guitars and turn them into planter boxes. But first I need to find a fire extinguisher and put my monitors out. There's too much smoke in here.

Yea Steve that was the orginal Horse song created two years ago , Scotty added his guitar skills to the mix and then did the final mixing at his end and sent it back to me for posting .
I'm still hoping Scotty is going to add guitar to my recent song HORSEMAN , I bet he could really shake up the horse barn with some killer guitar lead !
Haven't heard from him so I don't know if that will happen ,see what happens in a week or so .

Man that was fun too listen too. Was that a sample or did you hang a mic over your head while you were sleeping? I'll say it again James.. you have a sound and it always aims to be interesting. Very clean. I see you are working on a new version. I would beef up the drums and try to get that amazing guitar from Scotty to be a bit more glued to the rest. Excellent.

Thanks man for the comments on the song and your suggestions , I'm not rushing it but yes the drums are going to be a bit heavier and different .
The other day my computer was acting up so bad that I'm considering uninstalling Windows XP Pro after over a year .
I hate doing it because of all my music software installed , passwords , activation codes and other software I have plus all my saved song files and other files on my desktop .
I went over and picked up some DVD-RW's to save all my stuff just in case I decide to uninstall and start with a fresh windows XP Pro again .
They say you should uninstall windows after a years use anyway to clean out the crap buildup , I'm sure my computer is loaded to the max with internet unwanted files .
