Question on session drummer 3

So After I set up a 8 bar loop in session drummer 3, I started tweaking and popping in some rolls, cymbals,etc... After I was done 2 things happened.
    - Some drums got assigned to channel 1 that has no sound and most of it stayed at channel 10 where I get sound.
    - When I bring up the picture of the drumset, I can usually click on a drum or component and get a sound, but they are all silent, but yet the drum track itself works

any ideas?

You can assign channels for each drum in the 'mixer' and perhaps try MIDI OMNI for your input/outputs.

I do understand channels and drums usually default to 10 while in omni. but several random pices in the drack went to channel one which is not drums. also why is there no sound anymore when I click on the drummer 3 image set. I use to get sounds

skarda check these Master Classes on Session Drummer. Did you try loading a Session Drummer Template? That should have everything set up for channels ins/outs etc.

And what sound card interface are you using? What MIDI input device/keyboard? System Specs?
