1B Lockup
Program halts playback. I can save at that point but the transport is dead. The buttons will light when clicked. Then all aspects stop responding.
This is just a stretch of MIDI with a couple Dim Pros.
Playback/record buffers 256, ASIO buffer size 384, latency in the Focusrite mixer set to medium.
All network connections and services (and assorted other irrelevant services) halted.
I was hoping to have turned the corner.

Tell us about your project i.e. number of tracks, other VSTs, plugins in general. Also any midi controllers on your system. Maybe a VST plugin which communicates to hardware.

Not sure what the repercussions of this are but Bitbridge remains running after X1B locks up and is then terminated.
Reckon that is par for the course.

Well, lessee here...
18 tracks (including MIDI pairs).
4 audio.
2 Dim Pros.
2 Raptures.
1 Trillian
4 Fab Filter Timeless
4 Perfect Space.
1 Drum buss.
Radium 49 USB keyboard.
All plugins are stock with X1B, save for the Fab Filter stuff.
I just worked for 20 minutes without a lockup, so it's difficult to establish cause and effect.

Are any of those 32 bit plug ins in 64 bit environment? That would be the issue that might cause a hang in the task manager.

Delete it and test around the remaining environment. If you get positive results then that is the culprit.
I'm curious as to why you use 4 versions of Perfect Space? It's an older plug in which may have compatibility issues. I would probably go with SIR, which is free and can run the same convolutions.
Most mixes normally would run with two reverbs, long and short, convolution or not, and maybe a couple of delays. Just curious why you are using that many convolutions. That's a lot of ambiance which would cloud your image. But hey it's art so have at it.
Just some suggestions.

Yep, hence the Teleport server which is bitbridge. Have you tried changing out Dim pro for something else as a test?

Yeah, I'll be revamping the project and pulling a couple verbs.
I guess I will first strip all plugins and if it locks, then swap out Dim Pro.
How does one know if bitbridge is an issue? I know somew have opted for jbridge but I am not certain why. I am also curious how jbridge works from an install perspective.
More troubleshooting... more research.
