Anybody have an RME card?

I installed an RME HDSPe AIO audio card, which works just fine in Cubase, but for some reason SONAR doesn't route the input to the track for recording. The card monitor meters the audio, and I hear the echo from the speakers and headphones. The audio just doesn't record. If anyone out there in SONAR land has an RME card, please tell me the magic words to get this thing working.

I have an RME PCI-e Multiface II audio interface and I am having no problems with it.

Do you have the record button on?

Do you have the right input selected on the track?

Do you have the RME Total Mix software set up for recording? I think its first preset is set for a typical recording setup, but if it works in Cubase, it should work in Sonar.

RME Fireface 800 here and it works. The fact you hear the sound from your monitors is probably due to the fact that, in RME mixer, you have routed your in to your out. So perhaps Sonar is not actually echoing your audio, but the echo happens inside your soundcard.
In similar situations I try to check out all the obvious mistakes I can make.
    1. is the record enabled on your track?
    2. Did you set up correctly your ins in Sonar preferences?
    3. Have you chosen the right input for your track (check inside the inspector)?

Make sure you're running the AIO using ASIO (not WDK/KS).
    Sonar defaults to using WDM/KS
