They still haven't fix this bug, if your in playback, and hit the T button a few times and you will see the now time Stop but the song keeps playing.. Not a biggie but one would think they would of fix this bug.

Can't reproduce that one here. The Smart Tools HUD appears as expected.

That could be due to where your mouse pointer is at the time you hit HUD. What could be happening is that if you move your mouse over the time line on playback the the now time will stop for editing in that spot. Clicking on the time line will reengage the now time.

What I am seeing is that if I drag my mouse over a period of time and select it, the scrolling stops until I move my mouse pointer outside the clip. I can toggle the "T" like a mad man and all it does is turn on and off the Smart tools HUD.

I am saying depending on where he invokes the HUD it could also think he wants the now time to stop as in your example.

I can open the HUD anywhere - even on top of the Control Bar and any other silly place I could think to try and the scroll would continue. I wonder if a keybinding using "T" from the previous versions could be in there somewhere causing an issue. A wild hunch.

John your absolutely right ... If press T up comes the Hud and if I move the mouse it stops the time line till I click onto the time line... Thanks Cool Feature =) Its a scroll lock in the Hud.. Depending on the mouse you may have to assign a mouse button for the HUD. Your mouse software should be able to do this. I use a Logitech mouse and I assigned the number 5 button to Middle Button. This brings up the HUD. DJ John your absolutely right ... If press T up comes the Hud and if I move the mouse it stops the time line till I click onto the time line... Thanks Cool Feature =) Its a scroll lock in the Hud.. Thanks John You da man.. It was a shot in the dark but I figured that the HUD may cause you to move the mouse and that would cause the now time to not scroll. I am glad I could help. Actually, it's the click and drag of the mouse that is doing the trick. You just happen to hit "T" and assumed that was what the catalyst was. Thats what I was trying to say but very badly.

Thanks John You da man.. I hit "t" and the HUD comes up, and when I move the mouse the scroll line stops. This happens anywhere I have the mouse, even on the other screen. If I hit "t" again to remove the HUD, the scrolling starts again. Works perfect for me.

Bouvrette, see post 12 the part where one may need to assign a button to the "middle" button.
