groove clip is faster than before

Am trying to redo a song that I did quite a few years ago. I have the same acidized clips as before. I went into clip properties, and changed it the exact way I had it before.

I have an mp3 I am working from to recreate it. The new project clip, plays faster than the old one. Just a hair, but it is very noticeable.

I know I did not split and paste the clip before, because in the original project (wav files are lost, but the project loads with what would have been the wav form) it has the same clip name on it, so if I had cut it up to use it, and then bounced to clip, it would not show that I am pretty sure.

Anyone else have any ideas?

The settings are exact, the clip is the exact same one.

sounds like a sample rate mismatch.

that was what I thought too beagle.. the mp3 is a 24 bits. I am setting it up again in 24 bits, same exact acidized wav files as before. I was able to find a work around, the actual tempo of mp3 and of new project is 120 bpm. There are now 3 wav files doing this, but the work around is to change the bpm on them to like 135 or 140, and it is really close then. It is still bugging me though.
