Can't open recent file

After recording final vocal tracks on a tune, I saved it as usual (adding version "3") to the title. Now when I try to open the file , I get a box that says "The file you are trying to open is not compatible with this version of Music Creator." Help, please..............Ron

First you could try safe mode: press "shift" when opening the project.

And that's it. Good luck :o/

Do check, though, that adding the "3" in the version name you did not mess the file extension.

It might be as simple as going into the folder and changing the name to one that works with cake. A Kalle said the ext. might be off a bit.

I'd Seize the day but i can't quite reach it!

I'm thinking I had that same issue..... saved a song as a version of the first, and the file extension was the problem.... I might be wrong, but try that.
