Z3ta+ Issue

Just upgraded from Home Studio 7XL to X1 Studio (YAY).. But there is no Z3ta+ showing up in my soft Synths.  I can see that the Z3ta dll comes up when Studio scans for VST's but still no Z3ta in my list of synths.  I have re-installed the program several times as well as the X1a & X1b but still to no avail.. Has anyone had any similar issues?  I did find one thread about changing registry values and I did that but still no Z3ta+..

Any help will be appreciated..
