Roland OCTA-CAPTURE review needed

Hello All,

It's time for a new Audio Interface and I am thinking about replacing my Presonus Firepod with the Roland OCTA-CAPTURE (See link )
[link=http://www.rolandus.com/products/productdetails.php?ProductId=1127&ParentId=104]http://www.rolandus.com/p...=1127&ParentId=104[/link]

I would like to know from current users of the Octa-Capture, your thoughts on the
device and how do you like using it or what you dislike about it.

Are you having any problems using it in Sonar X1 with Windows 7, 64 bit?

Are there any latency issues?

What about pops and clicks, (My current problem with Win 7 and the firepod).

Please provide me with your experice concerning the audio/midi interface.

Peace

Peace,
Jesse G. A fisher of men  <><

    I've been looking at this and if the funding was there I would get it.  There's are quite a few reviews out there if you google it and go to YouTube as well for a video review.

    What I like is the 8 mic pres are all XLR-1/4" combos and channels 7 and 8 are designed for high SPLs like kicks and snares.  It can be linked with the V-Studio 700 which would be my first choice as a replacement but requires a lot more funding.
