Sonar X1 from VS-1680

Any one have thoughts on the most efficient way to transfer tracks from a Roland VS-1680 so they can be finished and mixed in X1?  Ideally, I would like to stay in the digital domain instead of syncing the machines and recording audio track-by-track.
 
I have a V-Studio with Sonar X1 so there may be a way to take advantage of a digital output-input, but this would be new to me.
