Help with mastering?

Hi i need some help/ feedback on this track.

 http://www.facebook.com/p...3?sk=wall&filter=2

its called "She Said" and was mixed on sonar home studio on labtop.  Basically i want feed back on what my final steps should be for mastering the song.  I need it to lay flat and loud.  I would love suggestions for plugins, compression, etc.  Also i would love suggestions on the vocals! to be honest i compressed the **** out of them because it seemed like the only way to make them sound the best.

You'll get a lot more input if you post this in the Songs forum.
