Guitar tracks pro 3

I have wasted countless hours trying to load plugins in gtp3 with no success. I am planning to upgrade to Sonar 1x this summer but am concerned I may be in more trouble with a more complicated system.

Hi there Steve. welcome to the forum.

Sorry to here you've been having problems loading plug-ins, maybe if you give us a few more details we can sort that out for you.
    • Are you referring to the Cakewalk plug-ins that come with GTP3?
    • If these load OK, are you trying to insert 3rd party effects?
    • Have you run a scan with the VST Adapter (Tools > VST Configuration Wizard)?
    • Are you trying to load the effects into an FX Bin, or by using the Process command on the menu bar?
    • Are the effects you want to load visible, or are they greyed out?
This, and any other information you can give us will be be helpful.

    Steve
