My Space goes to 30 second song previews?
I just bought 2 albums from a friends local band website and I also was listening to some of their music on My Space. After a few songs played through on MySpace the website insisted on sign in. I don't do the My Space so I didn't sign in and the result was I was automatically limited to 30 second previews for all subsequent attempts to listen. Heck, I'm glad I have the CD's on the way. :-) I've never cared for social network consumer trend tracking sites... and this latest encounter seems to make them seem even cheesier. interesting. I wonder why they did that? to save bandwidth?
doesn't sound like a reason for me to be motivated to fix my myspace account.

Bubba's not a big fan of myspace. Bubba likes 2 minute previews (such as on CD Baby). Bubba has started talking about himself in the third person for no intelligent reason.
Bubba would try to examine this phenomenon in greater detail, but his 30 seconds are up.

I got our MySpace kickstarted last year, got about 150 'friends', then they changed the whole layout/feel of it. It became really clunky and slow, so I've basically given up on it now.

I got our MySpace kickstarted last year, got about 150 'friends', then they changed the whole layout/feel of it. It became really clunky and slow, so I've basically given up on it now.
I've tried 2 or 3 times to get it set up and I just can't ever seem to "get into it" because of the way it's laid out and the way that you have to do things to get your music uploaded AND because of the low quality mp3's and....yada yada....
