New DAW

For those who may be shopping for a computer, I recently bought a Project Studio DAW from Studio Cat. Everything about the purchase went well. They made sure I was buying the right equipment for my recording plans, delivered on time in perfect condition, and based on the shopping around I did, I think the price was good. Jim Roseberry has been very courteous and helpful with all my start-up questions.

    Yep.  Always had great experiences with StudioCat here too.

    Same here.  The last machine I bought wasn't even intended for DAW use.  But my requirements were close to that of one model Studiocat offered, I decided to go with them anyway.  Do not regret the decision for one second.
     
    What I do regret was just how much software I had on my previous (XP) machine that wouldn't port to Windows 7 64 bit ... sheesh, what a nasty surprise and major PITA.  But that has nothing to do with the machine Jim supplied, which was first rate all around.
