Question about the Edirol UA-25EX audio interface

Folks, as I have mentioned in another thread, I have an Edirol UA-25EX audio interface, that I have never used.  I purchased it to work with my laptop, then got so busy that I have been unable to use it.
Does anyone have this audio interface working with with Windows 7 64 bit and the new Sonar X1?  I got to thinking about it, and I don't believe that this unit is USB 2.0 compliant.  So, I am considering purchasing a new audio interface, but I already own this one, so, I'm debating between selling it and purchasing a newone, or,if I find out from you all that it works well with Sonar X1 and 64 bit Windows 7, I just might keep it.  Please share your thoughts, at your earliest convenience,  Thanks so much in advance!

I have the Cakewalk version of the interface...same interface AFAICT, just a different logo on the case.  I'm running it with Win7 64 and Sonar X1b with no problems.

Thanks so very much for our reply, Jim.  Yes, my box also mentions Cakewalk's involvement with the product, and Ibelieve that it comes with a light version of Sonar 6(but I haven't looked at the disc i years.  Thanks for your confirmation, as I was concerned about this interface not being USB 2.0 compliant, and introducing latency into the chain because of its slower spped.  Thanks for clearing up this issue, and I'd like to hear from other users, regardig their success or lack of it by using this interface,
