Sonar X1b and the Tascam FW-1884 ASIO Issues Solved!

When using ASIO drivers, after installing the X1a patch (and this carries over to the X1b as well), Sonar began "buzzing" when stopping some projects.
Rolling back to X1 solves the problem, so it is definitely an X1a/b issue.
There is a "fix". In Preferences>Audio>Recording and Playback you must check "Play Effect Tails After Stopping".
Using WDM drivers I had no issues with or without "Play Effect Tails..." checked, just increased latency.
We have member Eric Eelsong to thank for finding the solution.
Cake Tech Support has suggested deleting the AUD file, I will give this a try and report my findings.
You can check out my Windows 7 Sonar X1b and the FW-1884 tutorial for more info.
