Fresh install need help

Just bought a new puter and X1 (love it) Anyway is there a quick way to get my custom instrument definitions back from 8.5.3? do I just copy a file and put it in my root directory?

    Instrument definitions are saved as INS files in the Sample Content folder for 8.5...
    C:\Users\Scott\Documents\Cakewalk\SONAR 8.5 Producer\Sample Content

    Substitute Scott for your own Windows username.

    You can copy those files to the following folder for X1...
    C:\Users\Scott\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\SONAR X1 Producer
