Playlist how to?

Hi all!  I'm looking into the playlist feature in Sonar X1,...been a Cakewalker for years for very used it.  Is there a place to go for instructions or can someone tell me how it works.  I've listed 7-8 of my tunes but dont know how to pay them,...I guess that I have to load them some how,...but how?
