Shamless self promotion
So I've finally started a facebook page for my music (still trying to figure it out) http://www.facebook.com/pages/805-Productions/190377924339118 and I've been putting my songs on Jango, and it looks like Earbits as well. Any other good ideas on how to network, and reach potential fans etc?

I really haven't used it that much either. But it seems like a lot of people do use it. I think if you set it up right, when you post you can let all your fans know you have a new track etc. Though, I'm still trying to figure it out. Still, taht sounds useful. I'm sure I'm just days away from making my first million

If you're looking for a good "shotgun" type of process, get yourself a site at posterous.com. Free. You can set it up automatically feed your twitter, facebook, and other social networking you're using when you post there. You can even post by email, so you don't even need to log on. I have a few colleagues who use it, they say it's pretty handy to cover a lot of ground quickly.

Add a reverbnation band plug-in so that your facebook has a special band page with streamable music and more.

Also, on SC, I think you just click the FB icon and one of your songs will be on your wall. I can't figure out how to link your SC page to FB though. Haven't tried the RN thing though.

I like the ability to add the link for a SET list or individual tunes as ya come out with them and it gives you the option when loading to add note and link to facebook-automatically does it for you on your FB Page

man this stuff is tricky, lol. I meant to start a new song tonight, but instead having been messing around with facebook and reverb nation.
Still though, hopefully it will pay off. I did get 20 or so new fans off of Jango over the last couple of days (I just started). So that's something.
