Problem with UM-3G and Pro Tools 9

I have a UM-3G and have a strange problem. It works perfectly with Cubase but with ProTools 9.02 I have stable MIDI in but no MIDI out?? I have no issues with a Behringer interface so I know it is not a setup issue within PT. I have tried the couple of options in the UM-3G software with no success.
 
Can anyone help?

    Just to answer my own question ...

    Running Pro Tools as administrator solved all my problems

    Hope this helps someone else
