It's on the Discovery Channel. Worth looking for, or picking up the series from Netflix when it's released to video.

Is it educational?  I don't want to be educated against my will.  It's like when you watch a comedy that ends up being a touching story with a heartwarming moral.  It's deceitful, that's what it is!  If there's a chance I might learn something, then have a disclaimer to warn me ahead of time.  Make sure it uses lots of colorful pictures in the disclaimer, too, in case I don't understand the big words or the British accent.

It's not truly educational if it teaches you stuff you could never possibly use, like how to train an eagle to hunt for you in Mongolia.

So in that regard, it's probably pretty safe, Bubba.

Or when you first suspected that Carroll O'Connor was playing Archie Bunker tongue in cheek...

On a totally unrelated subject - Klingons should be in death metal bands.  I cannot imagine them doing a quartet doing chamber music.

Hmm...  I wonder if I can watch these with my cables On Demand.  Many of the Discovery Channel's shows are on there...
