syning tracks

ive recorded several of the tracks a new piece and intentionaly played behind the pocket on the drums to create a "drag" affect. I is dragging to much in a one bar section. is there a way to highlight all the tracks and glue them to the tempo set in the click? stupid, i know...but it's just me and punching in is not easy...thanks in advance for your input!

If it is audio (if it is midi turn it into audio), set your cursor at the bar section, highlight the piece and splice.  You can slip it forward or backward as much as you please.  You can nudge it, or just drag the clip if you unlock the grid button.

This is the quickest way to do it.
