Book Trailer

Hello all,
I've recently composed the music of a book trailer (Thriller).
The music is very short (1 min.)
Any comments would be appreciated.
I use Sonar Professional.

;)
John

Love the intro. After that I think this is missing structure and the climax. A break here or there would emphasize the changes that do happen. The ending comes around really abruptly with a braam sound that hasn't been heard anywhere else in the track. I'd introduce it a bit earlier. Now it's kind of out of place there.

Interesting comments. I'll think about your tips next time.
The "braam" was wanted by the author at the same time the book displays on the screen.
I also think it is a bit too much and not well positioned.

Sounds like a great TV show thriller/horror theme.

The book is scheduled to be released on 09/15/2016 and the title translation would be something like "****ing summer on Melun Beach". The trailer got 5k views since 09/05/2016. A good start but we hope to do better!

It has a sneaky, kind of playful feeling (rather than serious);  More Agatha Christie than John Le Carre.  If that's what you were going for, then it's great!

you know i would listen, but given rather than listen and comment on current tracks, you have posted on old unavailable stuff so you could get the postcount to add a link, don't think i'll bother.

I think it works a lot better when you hear it along with the video.  I agreed with Kuusniemi about the "braam" ending sounding out of place in the Soundcloud version, but with the video it seems to fit pretty well.  Just goes to show the importance of context.
