D-Day - an instrumental

I recently finished a new song called "D-Day"  It's an instrumental that features live conga drums and other percussives.  It's also the first time I have used a mountain dulcimer.

Any comments are welcome.

I very much enjoyed this piece. Wonderful orchestration, performance and composition and a vast range of influences that gel together perfectly.

    Best Regards

Very nice, Marwood!  (nice music page, too!).

I thought the intro was a little long/boring (forgive me, just being honest).  I loved the clarity of the mix once you get into the song.  really nice acoustic and electric on this - nice playing, nice recorded sound.  very interesting change at 4:24! the synth stuff at the end didn't seem to fit the rest of the song, IMO.

    nice work!  I enjoyed it!

Nicely played and captured, agree with Beagle the intro is not quite as engaging as it could be.  I found that bass a little lite to begin then a little over powering also some what repetitive as with the percussion, but thats probably just me.

But I did listen through to the end.
