For those having trouble with Amplitube 3_5 not seeing their other Ik products...

Open up the Custom Shop and click restore my gear under the Accounts tab.  This is the info I got from IK.  I'll try later today when I get to my project studio.  See if it helps.

    Thanks, olpal! That did the trick.

    It's worth mentioning I also opened a ticket on the same problem, and the response I got was to reinstall AT. I guess my support guy was on his way to lunch.

    Did it see your Jimi Hendrix too?
    Unfortunately, no. The Legacy menu (AT2, X-Gear, JH presets) still only appears in the standalone version but not in Sonar. My Fender and SVX presets are now working in Sonar tho. I guess the legacy presets are a different problem. I'll open another ticket and hope I get a different tech.

    update: ok, there is a workaround if support doesn't offer a solution: using the standalone app, load each preset and resave it to the Collections folder. This changes the file suffix to .at3p and it can now be loaded in Sonar.

    Yup...same here.  Everything working EXCEPT Jimi Hendrix pack.

    Does JH work for you in AT3.5 outside Sonar? I'm in the process of resaving each preset - there's only 169 of them!

    Well, I don't use it outside of Sonar.  But it works on it's own in Sonar...it just doesn't show up in the drop down "collections" menu of A35.  Plus, I think I didn't save my presets as I have no "Legacy" showing either.  Dern.

    The Legacy menu doesn't appear in Sonar, just the standalone app. I have an IK ticket open on that problem. I've just finished resaving all my JH presets and they now work in Sonar. If you want, PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send 'em your way. All you'll need to do is copy them to My Documents\IK Multimedia\AmpliTube 3\Presets\Collections. Then fire up AT35 and you should see them in the Collections menu.

    im starting to really get in to amplitude..imo i think its better than guitar rig
