Everyone has their preoccupations - sounds like yours isn't anything that's going to bring the world to a halt. It might throw Bapu out of phase, though.

Technically, shouldn't it be 664 or 668? I like my neighbour's house- right up my street.

There's so much dogma attached to some numbers you just have to look. Like 36-24-36 for instance. That one will get a look every time. :)

When I was a driver, it was a highlight of my day to see consecutive numbers on the odometer like 123,456 or numbers which were the same coming or going, 234,432. It was especially exciting to see the odo roll over the 100,000 mile marks. And birthdays. And dates in history. And lucky numbers. And Pi.

It really isn't that creepy when you get used to hearing it or seeing it. I subconsciously sing Iron Maiden's 'Number of The Beast' when listening to it and don't skip out the 666 part, and so too for The Black Dahlia Murder or Cradle of Filth's songs. I even recorded a song with "Saatana!" (Satan in Finnish, and it was yelled for about 5 seconds) in the lyrics. It was part of the song, i couldn't skip it, it was used more of profanity in the song, and it didn't have "I love you" before the line so i guess that's fine. Mother's birthday is on the 13th of January, and last year (i think) was on friday the 13th. I actually remember when i was with my mother to a clothing shop, when i saw a Slayer t-shirt that i wanted so bad. I tried it on, but it was imprinted with "God Hates Us All". My mother said, "You taking that? ". I answered "I don't think i can wear this anywhere near our relatives, and once i run into them in a mall or something, i'd get some serious bashing." That's what i love about my parents, they're supportive. They don't mind what i wear, even if all my shirts are black and sometimes have taboo themes (I can't find any band shirts i like that are white here, so i just wear plain white on occasion). My mother once said that she understands why, and know's that it is just because of my preference and knows that any of those themes aren't results of me being a psychopathic murderer or someone morbid. They don't mind what i listen to, and they even listen to my mixes when they have time, regardless how un-listener-friendly they are. My father makes our album covers, fonts, t-shirt graphics and more.
