Just WONDERFUL - Weather

Yesterday sunny, warm and green outside.
Now we are currently getting a snow storm.
 
Glad I got my new toy to play with-the Schecter 5 string has arrived

    Yesterday (and the past few days), high winds.
    6' wood fences on both sides of our yard, and adjacent neighbors' blown down. The posts were snapped at the ground.
    Today, balmy and warm, with a gentle breeze.
    Go figure.

    Snow... I think we would take that.

    We just had serious tornado damage in eastern NC. Really strong winds here but in town, the Walgreens drug store we use had a tractor trailer delivery truck overturned and a car on the sidewalk on it's side with others stacked up and smashed in the parking lot. Power lines down.

    And the storm system that caused this is now headed into the NE corner of the state.

    In the area west of us, it took the roof off half of a Lowes store in Sanford and also lots of damage in Raleigh... serious damage there.

    I'm sure you'll see the pics on the news and on the net.




    EDIT: it continues...... live coverage on TV... golfball sized hail, confirmed tornados now occurring down east

    OMG yeh, I just caught your guys posts on the other thread.  Sorry to hear of the losses and damages sustained but glad everyone is okay. 

    Keeping you guys and your familys in our prayers.

    I do have a son down by OLPAL there in Arkansas.  They made it through okay as well.
