Pawn Shop Treasure Finds-Show off your catches

Just for something to do, macros post has got me inspired to get into hopping the shops in search of abandoned guitars.
Curious if there are any other good finds from the forumites here.

    I found my ex-wife in a pawn shop...


    BUT they wouldn't take her back ....

    I've never shopped at a pawn shop.
    A guy at work asked me about a guitar he found
    in one and we figured they can look up the value
    on the internet now because they held fast on the price.
    He bought one from me instead.
     
    I think if I had time to go pawn shop hopping I'd
    prefer to go to estate sells.

    A fact I heard on "Pawn Stars" TV show.

    Pawn shops were the earliest form of credit.

    Many years ago, a studio I worked in had a bunch of stuff stolen. It turned up in a pawn shop. Ever since then I've considered pawn shops to be dens of thieves.
