Emailing tracks?

How do i take completed tracks in sonar and insert them into an email to send over the internet?

windows 7 64 bit, amd athlon 2 x4 630 processor 2.80 ghz, 4 gb ram
sonar 8.5.3 studio
roland mv 8000
izotope nectar
psp mixpack 2
samson resolv 65a monitors
behringer truth b2031a monitors
tascam us 122 mk2 interface
studio projects vtb1 preamp
studio projects tb1 tube mic

    Mute the tracks you don't want, press CTRL-A to select all tracks, then File-Export-Audio to a WAV file. Then convert the WAV file to a WMA file (or an MP3) using Windows Media Player or any other audio converter.

    Yousendit dot com is a good way to send data (wave files) to someone
