I  won't say 'yes', but probably. I've never tried it. You might end up with all 15 copied tracks in one single track if you tried to do it all at once.

Hmm... this line from the SHS 6 help file seems to suggest that it can be done.
"Paste to One Track This option is greyed out unless you copy data from more than one track at a time. Checking this checkbox causes SONAR to paste multiple tracks' data into a single track."

Theoretically, if that box is unchecked, you should be able to paste in multiple tracks at one time.
    Have you tried it yet?

You use the keys F9 and F10. I work in Staff View so this is how I do it there. Place the cursor at the start of the section you want to copy. Then press F9. Then place the cursor at the end of the section you want to copy. Then press F10 (you will then see the whole section is now highlighted). Then Edit / Copy. Then place the cursor at the start of where you want the copied section to go. Then Edit / Paste.

That is a lot of "Then"s!

    Best Regards

An easier way is to put the mouse pointer at the top left of the area you want to copy, hold down the alt-key and drag to the bottom right. Then cut or copy and paste.

1 problem - when i paste, the volume envelopes past the pasted clips do not equally move forward too, so the envelopes no longer match.

do i have to first insert a block of time to move the envelopes with the clips, and then paste in the copied clips?

yes, just click the timeline where you want to insert measures, make sure you select (highlight) ALL tracks, then INSERT>TIME/MEASURES and that will slide everyting over by X measures.  then copy and paste.
