Help with setting up Addictive Drums and Session Drummer.

I learned to program Drums on Sonar Producer 8.5.3 using session drummer.  I watched the Cakewalk Master Class Drum Programming videos on Youtube and it helped a lot.  I'm missing a few things however.

1.  When I make a new drum clip, I click on step sequencer on the session drummer's upper right hand corner.  I can then program a new drum clip.  However, every time I do this, the kick, snare, hi hat, etc., is all mixed up from the order I set when I did the first clip.  Is there a way to set this so I don't have to re-do this with every clip?

2.  I now have Addictive drums.  When I want to add another drum clip, there is no step sequencer select button on addictive drums, as there is on session drummer.  The only way I've been able to figure out to make a new clip is to insert another addictive drum track.  That can't be right.

If I can solve these 2 problems, I can then move onto my other sets of problems!

Thanks!!!

Well,  I didn't get any responses, so I just fiddled around until I came up with these.  I don't know if these are best, but it'll have to do  until I know better!

    1.  I load in Addictive Drums with stereo tracks and track folder.  I've written out the drums that I use and program the drum names and numbers into step sequencer.  I then program my first Step sequencer pattern.

    2.  I then copy that pattern and paste it in again, turning off clip locking.  I then edit the new clip and repeat as needed.

It's a bit arduous, but it's the best I can come up with.  If anyone has any other ideas, let me know.

    Thanks!
