boo work

Been so busy, no time to check in the forums at all.   What's with this working at work thing...

I thought those 8 hours were just for surfing the net and forums !

Yeah, I thought I was a pretty good multi-tasker, but it's just plain hard actually working and checking the forums.  And what's worse...it's even harder to make music while working.  :(

You're supposed to make music while working?

Not unless someone wants to buy my music.  Until that time, it's only in the off-times. I'm just sayin' I wish I COULD be in my studio while teaching or grading papers or preparing for class or cleaning houses, etc., etc.  Sound a bit far-fetched, though, doesn't it?  lol

    I hear ya Matt!

I'm so sick of this! I need a break from the whole thing. I am determined to change work this year and find a new area of work with regular hours and a steady pay check.

It's either that, go broke and unemployed, get chronic fatigue or become burnt out.

If I could choose the forum I would - any day!

Have a nice weekend everyone. I'll be at work if you need me;)

EDIT: On a second look, my post looks whiny and really unrelated to the topic. Sorry 'bout that

Saturday, finally !   Even making some music.      Hopefully work should get better soon.   I've created some spreadsheets that IMHO, are pretty cool, and do a lot of fancy tricks that will make my life easier.

Plus getting some new processes in place.   So hopefully things will settle down in a bit !
