Sonar X1 64 MIDI input from Audigy2

Has anyone had any luck having Sonar X1 64 bit recognize the MIDI input from a SB Audigy2 card?  If so, will you be as kind to share your settings.

Thanks!

Could I use any MIDI in device, or does ASIO limit me to audio only?

You can use a MIDI interface, with your Echo card, but you cant use another sound card with midi in it..
so you just need a MIDI interface, not a sound card with midi ins and outs in it. Then you can use your Echo card in ASIO mode with your MIDI interface

Should be able to, the audio drivers and MIDI drivers are not connected even if the hardware is on the same card and both drivers "appear" to install at the same time.
