Export with Metronome

How do I export my project to .wav and export the metronome's click with it? I want to give a drumless copy of my song to a drummer and have the click track there for him when he listens to it.

Someone else asked this the other day; I don't remember if it was answered satisfactorily.

What I would do is draw in 4 1/4 notes in one measure in the PRV (assuming it's 4/4). In track view, right-click the clip and select Groove Clip Looping. Then drag that MIDI Groove clip out to the end of the song.
Use a soft synth, select the patch you want the clcik to sound like, bounce to audio or export the song as usual including the soft synth click track.

greg has it right.  there's no way to record the metronome in MC, use a click track like greg has outlined using TTS-1 or something as output and that will export with the rest of the project.

IF....he/she has a DAW, all they need to do is import the tracks you send them and if you are kind enough to tell them the BPM, they can insert their own metronome.....

But I like the idea of creating a drum click track using midi ... it only takes a minute to do it.
