Converting to MP3

Hi everybody

Is the MP3 converter included in SONAR X1 good ?
I would like to know, because you have to pay extra money to use it.

Which other hi-quality MP3 converter do you suggest ? (free or not free)

    Don't pay when you can get the Lame encoder free.

    Yah, figuring out the command line options to enter won't take terribly long and then it'll exist in your export options forever. For free. 

    Oh, and LAME is pretty much the engine that powers most mp3 conversions, so it's really a no-brainer.

    You should check out Razor LAME - it is a simple GUI front end to the LAME MP3 engine, and makes life very simple. Very powerful, and easy to configure all of the conversion options.
