Moving folders ?

Hi , can somebody tell how to move folders ? cause actually , i just can't ?

I have that red ligne that indicate destination but impossible to place it ...

    Make sure the red line is "fat" and not "skinny". Skinny means it's trying to insert into a folder and it will fail and go back.

    When you're trying to place folders next to or between other folders it can be real picky trying to find the hot zone.
