Unable to reassign outputs

I have the MOTU Traveler interface and I opened a file that had all tracks set to Phones.

When trying to change the track outputs I discovered that no menu appears.

Under Track > Properties > Audio > dropdown - there's nothing in that list either.

Anyone know what's happened - and how do I get out of it?

    Fixed it! I took Phones out of the list of drivers so that Sonar would have to respond.

    After that, the list of drivers was properly displayed and I was able to choose.
