Not Imagining This - Wonder Why No One Else Experiences It

Cut, Copy, and Paste randomly stop working sometimes and I have to reboot X1.  Never saw this in earlier versions.

Symptom: Highlight a section and hit Ctrl C.  Ctrl V and Ctrl Alt V do nothing.  Go to Paste or Paste Special menu and nothing happens there either.  Can't tell if it is just because Copy is breaking and there is nothing to paste, or if all the commands are failing.

I normally notice this in Staff mode when trying to copy a section.  It works about 90% of the time but fails unpredictably.

Is there some odd quirk (perhaps intentional) added to editing that I am missing?

    Am I seriously the only one experiencing this?  Odd..

    Just had to reboot because of it.

    Seems to work OK here.

    How about this - I noticed just now that if I hit Cntrl 'C' then Cntrl 'V' it will paste into the highlighted track NOT the track where I place the cursor. Could it be pasting off the screen on a selected track you can't see? Just thrashing here.

    this used to happen to me in prv, especially when i tried to c/p large section of midi data. i posted about it and they said it was a know bug that would be addressed in a patch (either a or b, i don't recall). have not had the problem again since the update, but i have had a similar experience with what you're describing. it has been fixed though, as i already said.

    is your x1 up to date?
