I've seen some that almost looked green.

According to George Carlin, there is no blue food. He specifically calls out blue cheese as a fraud, because it isn't really blue. That's why manufacturers hedge by spelling it "Bleu", so they can't be accused of fraudulent promises. Carlin also exempts blueberries, which aren't really blue, either.

So if you ever do see blue food, don't eat it, as it didn't come from nature.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

He's obviously never looked in my fridge.

No blue food?????  Methinks George is in serious error with his exempting blueberries... they are a very deep blue.

There are more shades of blue than light blue or turquoise.

I guess George didn't consider Smurfs as food...

(I've heard they taste like chicken.)

I suppose it's not really 'blue', but you can't beat a hunk of mature Stilton.

Especially if it's accompanied by a nice glass of port

And when I used to smoke, a King Edward 'Invincible' cigar to follow.

I didn't know cheese was all that emotional.  How can you tell if it's blue?  Does it sing in Am?

You are a man of excellent taste sir

I had a round of Stilton given me for Christmas a couple of years back - extra matured, and infused with port... out of this world
