+10db clicks after stretching parts of audio via transient markers>>>>

I'm getting really loud clicks after stretching audio via the transient markers ONLY when the '64 bit double precision engine' is checked.  If I uncheck it, it stops the clicking.  On a Win7 pro 64 bit Core2Quad with 8Gigs of Ram. 

Anyone else getting this too?
