Have you googled for one? I don't think I've ever heard anyone mention 7-string versions when talking about, say, RealGuitar or RealStrat, but perhaps they have this option.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

    You mean you want
    a) a synthesizer that can emulate a 7 string guitar or
    b) a modeling program you can play your guitar into or
    c) a program to convert your 7 string guitar playing into MIDI?

I've heard some Roland synths that make really excellent guitar sounds.
(My son fooled me by pulling up some thrasher guitar setting on a synth at Best Buy and playing guitar sounding riffs which brought me over to see who the hot guitarist was.  I don't recall which synth it was but it was Roland.)

Sounds like you're looking for something like this:

    or this:

If you're just doing single notes you might be able to use the convert to MIDI feature in V-Vocal, but you may lose dynamics.

If your just using it to compose you may just want to get a small MIDI controller.   I'm a guitarist also but have found having a keyboard very useful.
