Trilian Multi Question

I am messing around with the multi keyswitching for the first time and trying out different articulations.  But I can't get any sound out of the squeak sample.  Specifically using Trilian Ac 1 FX Squeaks.  I've tried different velocities, freqs, etc. but nothing is happening.
