Audiosnap 2.0 help

So I was playing with the new AS 2.0 and it looks pretty cool, however, I feel like I have painted myself into a corner with my current project and would appreciate any advice to get out of it.

Here is the situation.  I have recorded 3 audio tracks.  All in sync with each other.  Now I want to add a drum track.  I decide that a "clap track" along with the recorded audio would be a good place to generate the tempo map from so i do that, then enable AS on that track, make sure the transient markers are where they should be and then set project to that clips tempo map.  Great!  That worked...just like the instructions said, however, when I add a midi drum pattern it becomes clear that my clap track was not as on as I wanted.  So I want to go back and redo the tempo map with one of the original 3 tracks, however, every time I use the same procedue in the manual, it simply doesn't work...like you can't overwrite a previous tempo map.  If I erase the tempo map, it moves my track automation relative to the audio clips(because the clip automation is clearly linked to the timeline.  What I would like to do is tell X1 to leave my three audio tracks and their automation where there are in real time, and simply adjust the timeline(beats/measures) when I erase the current tempo map(tried lock clips but there is no "lock automation" that I found.  Any help appreciated.  Thx.

Best,

AndyW

    Bump.

Maybe a less convoluted way to say this is:

    1.  Where is the old AS1.0 "Set measure at beat" command?
    2.  Is there any way to prevent automation envelopes from going out of sync?

Thx.  Used to be good at this...<shakes head>
