I can't select a clip

I can't select a clip


 
In this case, I don't know why i can't select
 
How to select this clip? plz answer

    It looks to me as if you have all the clips selected.  If this is the case it won't know where/what you want recorded from where and to where. Try hitting Shift + Ctrl + A to select nothing and then select the clip to record.

    I can't see your picture, but you select a single clip by clicking in its bottom half, not just anywhere on the clip as you might first assume...
